Said the Gramophone 2007 Funding Drive

Hi! Welcome to our Funding Drive.

We are trying to raise $200. This is in fact LESS money than last year (when the goal was $279). Although the site's grown quite a lot, we've found some new bargains and negotiated some deals for hosting.

Here's the breakdown:

Annual website hosting costs: $120.00
Annual mp3 hosting costs (cross fingers): $60
PayPal fees: $20

TOTAL: $200 USD


Some reasons to give:
+ Every weekday, we write from our hearts about the music we love.
+ Said the Gramophone is advertising free.
+ The whales have basically already been saved.
+ We are offering gifts.

Gifts to donators:

$1-$9.99: receive our thanks.
$9.99-$14.99: Jordan will help you or your child with one (1) homework question.
$15.00-$24.99: a postcard will come winging your way, from Sean, who is in a place called Krakow.
$25.00-$44.99: receive a disc of six music videos by Dan Beirne, as well as a short film featuring music by Jordan, editing notes by Sean, and original artwork by Miss Sarah Byrnes.
$45.00+: All of the above, and we'll have to think of something else.

2. One of the things we value most of all is the comments our readers leave for us. Whether or not you donate, please write some words now and then: it's worth more than greenbacks.
