Help with my medical bills!

I have Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. I'm being treated with aggressive chemotherapy, blood transfusions -- and now there's talk of another round of chemo and/or a bone marrow transplant. There a few cities throwing benefit concerts/events for me to help with the $30,000 or so of medical debt I'll be facing once I leave the hospital in late July. Not everyone is able to contribute via these arranged events, and individuals have asked how to help. This is the way I've gone with. Every penny counts, and everyone has a little something to give.
