Movable Type Workflow Plugin

One of my personal side projects has developed a need for a more robust workflow system with Movable Type. This would include, but not be limited to, transferal of ownership of an individual entry from one author to another and restricting the ability of an author to post non-Draft entries.

Upon completion of this campaign, I will release a version of what I am developing to the public.
